Nicholos Mackos

Nicholos Mackos is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management. Starting as a Lab Technician at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mackos contributed to the development of a virtual Labview Laboratory and designed test fixtures for the Fluid Mechanics Laboratory. Moving on to Sikorsky Aircraft, Mackos served as a Project Manager for the Combat Rescue Helicopter program, leading technical initiatives and participating in key reviews. At SolAero by Rocket Lab, Mackos progressed to Director of Programs, overseeing contract fulfillment and transforming project management processes. Currently, as Sr. Manager of Plant Operations at Amazon, Mackos applies extensive operational and managerial expertise. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master's Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
