Nicole Watts is the Co-Founder of Gravissist, an online education and career development platform aimed at assisting hardware engineering students and recent graduates in acquiring the essential skills for entering the workforce, with a tenure since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Tutor at Selvidge Tutoring Services from April 2010 to April 2016 and completing an internship at DRS Technologies, Inc. in 2008. Currently, Nicole holds the position of System Engineer at Amazon's Prime Air division since November 2019 and previously worked at Raytheon from December 2017 to November 2019, where roles included Lead Systems Engineer for Advanced EO/IR System Prototype Design and Productionization, as well as various engineering and facilitation positions. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing this education between 2005 and 2009, and graduated from Weatherford High School in 2009.
