Nilesh Naik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Product Management Technology at Amazon since January 2019, Nilesh Naik leads the development of in-house software technology products focused on retail loss prevention and physical security. Prior to Amazon, Nilesh Naik held various management roles at Virtusa, focusing on cost optimization and productivity improvements, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions, specializing in product consulting for the banking and finance sectors. Nilesh Naik began a career at Capgemini, managing flagship transformation programs for financial services clients. Nilesh Naik obtained an Executive Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an International Immersion in Consulting from the National University of Singapore.
