Olivia Barnard is a Senior HR Business Partner with a diverse background spanning roles in various organizations. Olivia began their career as a Shop Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from 2016 to 2022, and served as an Ambassador at NUCO Travel in 2020. They completed an internship with Bright Network in 2021, followed by a role as an HR Graduate Partner at Amazon from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Olivia is pursuing a Level 5 People Consultancy Apprenticeship at BePro while furthering their HR expertise with CIPD Qualifications.
