Cat Haigh

Cat Haigh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director - HR Business Partner at SharkNinja since February 2023. Previously, Cat held various HR leadership roles at Accenture from November 2011 to October 2020, including HR Lead for Europe, UK, and ANZ across different divisions. Cat's career also includes positions as HR Business Partner for Retail Sales and Project Manager for Change Management at BankWest, as well as Employee Relations Business Partner at HBOS. Cat began the career at Accenture as a Recruitment Analyst in early 2004. Cat holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management with CIPD and a BA (Hons) in Business Information Management, both from Leeds Beckett University.
