Prathamesh Sankhe

Prathamesh Sankhe is an experienced mechanical design engineer currently serving as an Innovation and Design Engineer at Amazon since March 2024. Prior to this role, Prathamesh worked at Rebellyous Foods from November 2021 to March 2024, contributing significantly to mechanical design within a compact Engineering, Research and Development team. This position involved leading iterative design processes, equipment scale-up, and vendor management in a startup context. Prathamesh also has a solid academic foundation in mechanical engineering, earning both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, where engagement included roles such as Graduate Research Assistant, Head Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Mechanical Engineering Graduate Mentor, alongside research on solid mechanics and computational engineering.
