Rachael Allen is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Amazon, currently focused on enhancing the software builder experience. Rachael's experience includes positions at LVMH as an Assistant Creative Content Manager and various internships in editorial and web production at companies like ELLE Magazine, Girls' Life Magazine, and Redbook Magazine.
