Rachel Bleustein

Rachel Bleustein is an experienced professional with a strong background in optimizing fulfillment operations and driving seller growth. Currently serving as a Fulfillment Optimization Manager at Amazon from October 2020 to March 2024, Rachel focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and cost reduction to support the company's objectives. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Head of JP Mass Seller Recruitment at Amazon Japan, responsible for new seller acquisition and success through marketing and sales initiatives. Rachel's earlier experiences include positions as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at Citi and an intern at BNP Paribas and the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
