Rachel Chapman possesses extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, highlighted by a role as Associate Director of Employee Relations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where responsibilities included managing complex investigations and collaborating with department leaders on employee programs. Rachel's career encompasses significant positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both Memorial Sloan Kettering and Air New Zealand, as well as leadership roles in various organizations such as Physicians for Human Rights and Human Rights Watch, focusing on HR strategy, talent management, and policy development.
