Rachel Muhlbauer, PhD, is a Senior Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and projects, particularly in the fields of robotics and aerospace. They earned a PhD and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where they also held various research positions. Rachel has managed diverse teams and projects at companies such as Amazon and Lockheed Martin, focusing on innovation and inclusivity in the workplace. They have a strong passion for mentoring and fostering professional growth in others, as well as advancing the space economy through developing high-power laser technologies.
