Ruth Igbinehi is a Global AI Program Manager currently leading the customer experience and trust program for Rufus, Amazon’s generative AI shopping assistant, ensuring high-quality interactions across multiple international markets. With over nine years of experience, Ruth has previously served as a Customer Optimization & Acceleration Specialist at Amazon Web Services, where they focused on cloud financial optimization and customer success in EMEA. Prior to that, Ruth was a Customer Success Manager and Program Manager at Sterling Bank Plc, managing customer onboarding, retention, and strategic transformation initiatives. Ruth holds a Master's in Business Management from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin.
