Shaun Tinoco

Shaun Tinoco, PMP, MBA, is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in project management, mechanical engineering, and technology commercialization. Shaun's career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Plant Supervisor, followed by roles in various companies such as General Dynamics, Applied Materials, and Honeywell Aerospace, where expertise in systems testing, project tracking, and process improvement was further developed. Shaun has provided engineering management support at ASM International and served as a Senior Project Engineer at multiple organizations, including Amazon and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, Shaun has demonstrated proficiency in improving operational efficiency and leading complex engineering projects.
