Shreetam Subhrankar

Shreetam Subhrankar is an accomplished talent leader with extensive experience in human resource management and technology. Currently serving as a Talent Leader at Amazon since July 2016, Shreetam has held multiple senior roles, including Sr. Manager in Talent Management for Devices & Services and Artificial General Intelligence, and Sr. HR Business Partner for Customer Experience. Prior to Amazon, Shreetam was an HR Manager at Microsoft's India Development Center from April 2014 to July 2016, and started a career as a Software Engineer at Oracle Corporation from June 2009 to June 2012. Shreetam holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
