Soumya Mathur

Soumya Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and training development. Currently serving as Sr. Ops Manager at Amazon since August 2020, Soumya previously held key positions at Lenskart.com, including General Manager and Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, where responsibilities included managing training and quality initiatives. Prior to that, roles included Head of Training & Development at Justdial and Head of Training at Home Credit India, where Soumya developed training structures and content.
