Stacey Lariviere

Stacey LaRiviere currently serves as Counsel (Secondee) for Commercial Disputes at Amazon, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP from March 2024 to November 2024 and serving as a Litigation Associate at Wiley Rein LLP from February 2021 to March 2024. Stacey's legal career began with a distinguished role as Senior Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from June 2019 to January 2021, following a position as Judicial Law Clerk to the same judge at the Virginia Court of Appeals from October 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, Stacey completed an externship at the Commonwealth's Attorneys Office in 2016. Stacey LaRiviere earned a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary in 2014.
