Sudhakar Sivaraj

Sudhakar Sivaraj is currently the Head of NA Process Engineering for Last Mile at Amazon, where they leverage over 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial, and logistics sectors. Previously, Sudhakar held various roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager, Process Architect and Senior Manager, Program Management, and served as Director of Continuous Improvement & Quality at SPX FLOW, Inc. They also gained valuable experience as a Production Manager at Essem Tecnopinz and completed several research assistantships in esteemed organizations such as the University of Kentucky and Toyota USA. Sudhakar holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and an EMBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
