Tanuja Abburi

Tanuja Abburi is an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader currently serving as the DEI Lead at Amazon since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tanuja founded Beyond Pinks, a consulting firm focused on diversity and inclusion strategies from June 2017 to August 2022. Tanuja's extensive career includes positions such as Chief People Officer at CallHealth, Senior Director of Human Resources at NTT Data, and Vice President at Bank of America, where leadership hiring and employee branding were key responsibilities. Tanuja held various HR roles at several organizations including D. E. Shaw India Private Limited and Hewitt Associates. Tanuja holds an Executive Management Degree from Cornell University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Andhra University.
