Victor Livshen Ms

Victor Livshen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Victor began their career as a Software Engineer/Business Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 1995. In 1997, they joined Ambac Financial Group, where they held various roles including Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and eventually First Vice President. Victor worked at Ambac Financial Group until 2009. Following that, they worked at Citigroup as a Consultant from 2010 to 2012 before returning to Ambac as a First Vice President in Systems Development & Reporting Solutions. In 2014, they also worked as an Educator at the Juvenile Firesetter Prevention Program. Since November 2019, they have been serving as the First Vice President in Technology Operations & Compliance at Ambac. Additionally, they have experience as an Active Duty Firefighter at the Fair Lawn Fire Department from 2008 and onward. Victor Livshen also holds a Master's degree in ITIL.

Victor Livshen, MS, ITIL has a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Victor also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from Brooklyn College. In addition, they have acquired certifications from Bergen County Fire, Law, and Public Safety Academy, making him a NJ Licensed and ICC Certified Fire Official/Fire Inspector/Firefighter. Victor has also completed courses in Fixed Income Mathematics, Fixed Income Markets, and Bond Valuation & Risk Assessment from the New York Institute of Finance. Furthermore, they have studied Information Systems & Networks at Odessa National Polytechnic University.
