Jeremy Reidy, JD, MBA has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy is currently working as the Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner - Corporate/M&A Attorney at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where they led complex business transactions including acquisitions and spinoffs. Jeremy has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saint Francis and a Limited Term Lecturer at Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), teaching courses on leadership and commercial law respectively. Additionally, they have held positions as a Business Attorney at Beckman Lawson, LLP, Lawyer at Bobilya & Reidy LLP, and Attorney at Frost Brown Todd and Beckman Lawson, LLP. Earlier in their career, Jeremy worked as an Investigator at the Allen County Public Defenders Office. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and legal education.
Jeremy Reidy, JD, MBA attended Leo High School from 1991 to 1994. Jeremy then attended St. Joseph's College (IN) in 1994. From 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration at Purdue University Fort Wayne. In 2001, they enrolled at the University of Dayton School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 2004. In 2009, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
