Jason Miller

Jason Miller has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on the technology industry. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Ambassador Labs since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Stoplight from January 2021 to August 2022. Jason also worked at ViewRay, Inc. as the Deputy General Counsel from November 2018 to January 2021. Jason has also worked at Cherwell Software as the General Counsel from January 2017 to November 2018 and as a Senior Counsel from March 2015 to December 2017. Jason has earlier experience as a Senior Counsel at First Data Corporation from August 2004 to March 2015 and as an Associate Attorney at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP from May 2002 to July 2004. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Jacobs Chase from January 2000 to May 2002 and as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Richard P. Matsch, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 1999.

Jason Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1994. Jason further pursued their education at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1998.
