Matthew Voget

Matthew Voget has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Matthew is currently working as a Director of Technology at Ambassador Labs since 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they worked at Stoplight, where they started as a Staff Software Engineer and later became a Senior Engineering Manager. At Stoplight, they led and managed engineering teams, developed features for the platform, and contributed to technical challenges such as automation testing and authorization strategies.

Before Stoplight, Matthew worked at Cherwell Software from 2017 to 2021. Matthew started as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually became a Software Team Lead. In this role, they led a team of senior engineers, delivered high-impact features to the Cherwell platform, and contributed to hiring efforts. Additionally, they contributed to the development of a large .NET codebase.

Matthew's career began at Lockheed Martin in 2011, where they participated in the Engineering Leadership Development Program. Matthew held various roles, including Software Engineer and Associate Chief Architect, Software Engineer, and Systems Engineer. During their time at Lockheed Martin, they worked on multiple software components for mission-critical objectives, contributed to the development of an enterprise-level Identity and Access Management tool, and performed integration and automation testing for satellite systems.
