Samantha Schulte

Samantha Schulte has over a decade of experience in customer and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Ambassador since August 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha held multiple positions at JumpCloud from August 2020 to August 2022, including Technical Support Manager and Regional Team Lead for Customer Support. Samantha's career in technology began in 2014 with the Victoria Independent School District as Director of Technology and Data Management Coordinator, following which experience included working as a Developer at DE Web Works and remote support roles at Geek Squad. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Victoria.
