Darren DeFazio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting recruitment. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Ambassador Resources since November 2021, Darren leads a boutique search firm that specializes in direct hire and temporary/consulting solutions for diverse organizations. Prior to this role, Darren spent over 18 years at Robert Half, holding various positions including Vice President and Division Director in the Finance & Accounting Permanent Division, managing relationships with over 100 clients from Fortune 500 companies to regional CPA firms. Earlier career steps included roles as a Senior Analyst at HealthACE Services Co. LLP and a Research Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Darren holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Economics from The College of New Jersey.
