Jen Russell

Jen Russell currently serves as the Group Risk Director and Head of Risk Management at ATG Entertainment UK since May 2018. Prior to this role, Jen held multiple positions at Virgin Active, including Head of Safety, Regional Health and Safety Manager, and Regional Safety Advisor from June 2012 to May 2018. Jen's career also includes a position as Compliance/Health and Safety Officer at PHIRST Group Ltd - Apex in early 2012 and various roles at DW Sports Fitness between October 2007 and March 2012, culminating in the role of Technical Operations Coordinator (Health and Safety). Jen possesses professional qualifications including the NEBOSH General Certificate and Fire Certificate, as well as IOSH Managing Safely, all obtained at Wigan College.
