Laura O'Neil

Laura O'Neil is an experienced customer experience manager currently with Ambassador Theatre Group since August 2021, where also serves as deputy customer experience manager. O'Neil has a background as a theatre practitioner with Equapoise Theatre from March 2018 and previously worked as an activities coordinator at St. Francis Care Home from September 2020 to February 2023. O'Neil held the position of duty manager at The Albany from March 2019 to September 2020, overseeing various teams and creating staff rosters, and also served in a similar role at LW Theatres from May 2016 to October 2018. O'Neil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway and a Master's degree in Theatre Practice from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
