Sean Carrigan is an established professional with extensive experience in loyalty and membership strategies across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Membership at Ambassador Theatre Group since July 2022, Sean previously held the position of Loyalty Partnerships Lead at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities included leading a new loyalty strategy for the Sparks programme and enhancing customer experiences through key partner negotiations. At News UK, Sean advanced from Loyalty and Events Manager to Head of Loyalty for The Times and Sunday Times, successfully creating and managing the Times+ loyalty programme that significantly increased subscriber retention and ROI. Earlier experience includes roles at the Royal Albert Hall in PR and marketing, and a background in professional acting.
