Sebastian Swainsbury

Sebastian Swainsbury is a highly experienced Senior Product Designer currently at Ambassador Theatre Group, focusing on the customer lifecycle of theatre ticket purchases. With previous roles as a Senior Service Designer and UX/UI Designer at esure Group, and Lead UX/UI Designer at Open Reply UK, Sebastian has successfully led design teams and implemented User Centred Design principles. Additional experience includes key positions at companies such as Spacebar Media Ltd, Neos, and FCB Inferno, where Sebastian has contributed to major projects involving digital environments, app features, and advertising campaigns. An alumni of General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive program, Sebastian holds a BA (Hons) in Photo-media & Design Communication from the University of Plymouth, along with other relevant qualifications in photography and design.
