Aina Hary Zo RAKOTOMALALA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant operations and project management within the mining and processing sector. Currently serving as the Plant Operation Manager for Ambatovy Joint-Venture since January 2010, responsibilities include oversight of bulk and commodities operations, rail transportation, and port unloading activities, managing a budget of $49 million for OPEX and $25 million for CAPEX, along with a large workforce. Previous roles include Project Execution Superintendent, where significant refurbishments were managed to maintain plant integrity, and Mine Process Pipeline Operation Superintendent, overseeing a 209 km high-pressure slurry pipeline. Educational qualifications include an advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Project Management Professional certification, and various project management and safety certifications. Aina's expertise is further supported by a solid foundation in civil engineering and management.
