Juan Paulo Bagon

Juan Paulo Bagon is an experienced field operator with a strong background in process troubleshooting and equipment management. Currently serving as a Field Operator H2S I at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since March 2023, Juan Paulo is adept at identifying and rectifying process-related risks while adhering to departmental procedures and work permit systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at JG Summit Olefins Group from June 2016 to June 2023, where roles progressed from Field Technician/Operator to Senior Field Technician, focusing on HP boiler and furnace operations, and providing support during plant operations. Juan Paulo holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Batangas State University, completed in 2016.
