Claire Douthwaite

Claire Douthwaite has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Claire started their career as a Social Media Executive at Curtis Gabriel in 2018 before transitioning into recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group. In this role, they specialized in niche IT recruitment and managed the full recruitment cycle across various UK markets and technologies.

Claire then worked as a Recruitment Executive at Reed in Partnership before joining Accenture as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner in Technology. After that, they moved on to Miro, a leading online whiteboard platform, where they worked as a Talent Partner through Talentful, focusing on hiring top talent for their Enterprise engineering team in Amsterdam.

Claire then joined Talentful as a Talent Partner, where they continued to work until 2023. During this time, they also worked with Atlassian as a Talent Partner through Talentful, recruiting experienced hires for CSS/Technology teams in EMEA offices. Their core roles at Atlassian included hiring Support Engineers and Software Engineers.

Currently, Claire is working as a Talent Business Partner at Amber Labs, a partnership specializing in Data Engineering, Cloud, and Analytics. Their role involves delivering value from client's data using innovative approaches and constantly improving through research and development.
