Jennifer Tinnermeier

Jennifer Tinnermeier currently serves as Senior Vice President at Amber Specialty Pharmacy and has held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Hy-Vee, Inc. since April 2021. Jennifer previously worked as the Chief Legal Officer at The Iowa Clinic, P.C., where responsibilities included serving as the sole legal counsel and a member of the executive team, directly reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Compliance-Specialty Benefits at Principal Financial Group, where legal compliance and guidance on legislation were key duties. Earlier in Jennifer's career, nursing roles at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines and Fleur Heights Care Center complemented health law internship experience at the Iowa Hospital Association. Educational qualifications consist of a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Drake University Law School, a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Grand View University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Marshalltown Community College.
