Abbie Cripwell

Abbie Cripwell is a Recruitment Consultant at Amber Resourcing since September 2023, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing tech recruitment through long-term partnerships and a vibrant culture. Previously, Abbie served as a Social Worker for Wiltshire Council from February 2021 to December 2022, focusing on individuals with learning disabilities and autism within a multi-disciplinary team. Prior roles include a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities at Freeways, where responsibilities included promoting individuality and supporting daily living, and positions at Wiltshire Council and Turning Point as a Student Social Worker, gaining valuable experience in children's support, safeguarding, and substance misuse services. Abbie graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Social Work and Applied Social Studies from the University of Bath in July 2020.
