Autumn Cravens, SHRM-CP

Autumn Cravens has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Autumn started working as a performer for CPCC Summer Theatre in 2017 while also assisting with set construction. In 2018, they became a group fitness instructor and later served as an assistant to the director at Western Carolina University. Concurrently, Autumn worked as a performer for NEW LIGHT THEATER PROJECT INC. In 2019, they joined Trident Pool Group as a lifeguard and gradually progressed to roles such as assistant manager and manager. Autumn also worked as a seasonal sales associate for Tommy John. In 2020, they became a bartender and server at Carolina Ale House. Autumn then transitioned to Signature Consultants as an administrative assistant in 2021, where they specialized in onboarding consultants and managing payroll for various clients. Currently, Autumn is working as a Human Resources Generalist at Form Technologies, where they handle employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management.

Autumn Cravens, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University. They attended Western Carolina University from 2016 to 2019.
