Shameem Khan

Shameem Khan is a highly experienced engineer specializing in integrated circuit design, with a diverse background in silicon engineering, RF design, and medical device development. Currently serving as the Director of Silicon Engineering at AmberSemi™, Shameem oversees direct AC to DC conversion IC design and power delivery systems. Previous roles include Senior Staff IC Design Engineer at Kymeta Corporation, focusing on antenna design for Ku and Ka bands, and Research Fellow at PHOTONICS SYSTEMS INC., working with RF over fiber and high voltage GaN technology. Additionally, Shameem has held significant positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, IBM, DEKA Research & Development, BD, Freescale, and Linear Technology Corporation, contributing expertise in analog design and various high-speed and medical applications. Academically, Shameem holds an Advanced Study Program degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
