Jevgenij Martisonok has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. Jevgenij is currently the CEO at Amber Studios, where they joined the startup business in its middle stage. Prior to this, they founded Nikolia Holding in 2017, where they handled tasks such as customer experience, crisis management, financial planning, and digital transformation. Before that, they held multiple roles at Studio Moderna, including Managing Director, Director of Backend Sales and Customer Service, Head of Contact Center Operations, Telemarketing and Contact Center Manager, International Telemarketing and Contact Center Support Manager, Junior International Telemarketing and Contact Center Support Manager, Deputy of International Contact Center, Supervisor, and Sales Agent. These roles involved responsibilities such as managing a large number of employees, creating and managing contact centers, and achieving sales targets. Throughout their career, Jevgenij Martisonok has consistently demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to adapt to different challenges and environments.
Jevgenij Martisonok obtained a Bachelor's degree in Transport Engineering Economics and Management from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in 2012. Jevgenij also attended the University of Pardubice in 2010-2011, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in the same field of study. From 2021-2023, they attended the BMI Executive Institute and obtained an EMBA degree.
