Lauren Michael

Lauren Michael serves as a Client Partner at Amberjack Global since July 2022, following a diverse career in psychometric assessments and counseling. Prior to this role, Lauren owned a practice focusing on cognitive, personality, ability, emotional intelligence, and integrity assessments, as well as career guidance from September 2016 to November 2021. Previous experience includes roles as an Assessment Consultant and Job Profiling Consultant at Nedbank, an Intern Psychometrist, and a recruiter intern at Express Employment Professionals. Additionally, Lauren has provided trauma counseling and conducted public awareness initiatives at RK Khan. Education includes a Master's degree in Sexology from the Academy of Sexology and an Honours BSc in Psychology from the University of South Africa, among other qualifications.
