Adriana Carvalho

Adriana Carvalho is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and women's empowerment initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Instituto Consulado da Mulher and as an Advisory Board Member for BrazilFoundation and Fórum Gerações e Futuro do Trabalho, Adriana also holds a position on the Diversity and Inclusion advisory committee for Ambev. As CEO of Generation Brazil from May 2021 to September 2023, leadership included managing multiple operational areas and reporting to the Deliberative Board. Previous roles featured significant contributions to EY as the South Latin America Associate Director for Diversity & Inclusion and as Regional Program Manager for UN Women, focusing on women's economic empowerment through private sector engagement. Adriana's career began at The Dow Chemical Company, where leadership spanned several roles, including Latin America Thermosets Supply Chain associate director. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a master's degree from FGV EAESP, alongside a BA in Economics from FAAP.
