Kleber Tadeu Marcandeli has extensive experience in the brewing industry, primarily with Ambev since August 2000, where roles have included Brewing Manager and Brewmaster. Kleber's expertise spans various positions including Production Coordinator and Process Supervisor, with responsibilities in brewing, technical support, and startup projects for multiple breweries across Latin America. Prior to Ambev, Kleber worked as a Technical Intern in Fermentation at Brahma. Educational qualifications include a Brewmaster degree from the Siebel Institute of Technology, a Técnico em Cervejaria from Universidade Ambev, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidade do Sagrado Coração.
