Lucas Ferrara

Lucas Ferrara currently serves as Coordenador de Produção at Ambev since January 2024, overseeing production for three packaging lines with a focus on productivity, maintenance, safety, and quality. Previously, Lucas held the position of Sênior Data Analyst at Prometeon Tyre Group, where responsibilities included data analysis, automation, and the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions. Prior roles in the same company ranged from Júnior/Pleno Industrial Engineering Analyst to intern, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. Lucas's career commenced at Júnior FEI as a Consultant in Optimization and Processes, applying principles of Lean Manufacturing. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from FEI, completed in 2022.
