Pedro Celestino

Pedro Celestino has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Bees Platform | CX | Go to Market Director at Ambev since December 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Ambev, including Regional Director, Head of B2B | Bees, Commercial Manager, and Innovation Head of Sales. Pedro also worked as a Sales Manager at Ambev from November 2015 to June 2017. Before joining Ambev, Pedro was a Trainee GMT at Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2015 to October 2015. Pedro Celestino obtained a degree in mining engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP from 2010 to 2014. Pedro later pursued further education in digital transformation strategies by completing a program at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2021. In 2018, Pedro earned a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they completed a Master Business in Sales and Logistics program at Fundação Dom Cabral.
