Process Engineer IV at Ambient Photonics

Jeremiah Lawson has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jeremiah started their career in the US Navy, serving as an EMFN, E-3 Electrician's Mate from August 2004 to April 2007. After their military service, they worked at Aqua Eden, initially as a Landscape Laborer from April 2008 to April 2009 and later as a Foreman from April 2009 to October 2011, where they coordinated operations for installation projects and maintained existing systems.

In 2011, Jeremiah joined SageGlass, where they held various roles. Jeremiah started as a Process Technician from October 2011 to September 2012, then progressed to become a Production Team Lead for the TLS/Lamination department from September 2012 to November 2014. During this time, they led a team of 6-8 members and collaborated closely with engineering teams during the start-up of a high-volume production facility.

From November 2014 to May 2018, Jeremiah worked as an Engineering Technician for TLS & Lamination at SageGlass. In this role, they designed and executed production experiments to optimize lamination cycle times and product quality. Jeremiah also provided technical support to production and maintenance teams and authored engineering control documentation.

From May 2018 to December 2021, Jeremiah served as a Process Engineer for TLS & Lamination at SageGlass, where they managed processes and equipment for the departments. Jeremiah collaborated with the production team on process issues, training programs, and department performance metrics. Additionally, they redesigned a fluid delivery system to eliminate yield loss.

In May 2022, Jeremiah joined Ubiquitous Energy as a Lamination Engineer, where they worked until June 2023. Currently, they are employed at Ambient Photonics as a Process Assembly Engineer in the Photovoltaics department, starting from July 2023.

Overall, Jeremiah Lawson has gained extensive experience in process engineering, technical support, team leadership, and project coordination throughout their career.

Jeremiah Lawson attended South Central College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
