Ritesh Desai

Ritesh Desai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Pharma & Healthcare at Ambit Private Limited since September 2023. Prior to this, Ritesh held the position of General Manager - M&A at Piramal Pharma Limited from March 2017 to September 2023. Ritesh's career also includes significant roles at Kotak Investment Banking, where Ritesh advanced from Analyst to Senior Vice President from October 2005 to February 2017, and as an Analyst on the Global Healthcare Team at Citigroup from January 2004 to September 2005. Ritesh's early career includes experience as a Qualified Assistant at RSM & Co from 2001 to 2003. Ritesh holds a Chartered Accountant qualification and a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
