Dirghayu Kaushik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dirghayu is currently the Founder & CEO of Ambitio, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TruckBook from February 2021 to January 2023 as the Founding Product Manager, overseeing product management and successfully launching user-loved products.

From March 2018 to May 2021, Dirghayu served as the VP & Founding Member of E-Cell, IIT (BHU) Varanasi. Their responsibilities included building relationships with incubators, alumni, venture capitalists, and organizations for collaborations and providing assistance and mentoring to budding startups.

In 2020, Dirghayu had several roles including being a Fellow at Nu School, a Data Analyst at Fintech Sandpit, and a Product Analyst at kaamwork. Dirghayu also worked as a Research & Innovation Associate at London Strategy & Consulting Group (LS&CG), where they contributed to building strategy frameworks and leading technology projects.

In 2019, Dirghayu was a Project Manager at Z Nation Lab, where they managed the Corporate Innovation Program SYNC and conducted research and analysis for startup portfolios. Their work experience started in 2017 as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Find Ether, an ERC20 token exchange platform.

Dirghayu Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Prior to that, they completed their high school education in Physics and Mathematics at Vivekanand Memorial Public School.

In addition to their formal education, Dirghayu Kaushik has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills.
