Becky Potter

Becky Potter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitation, planning, and inclusion within the social enterprise sector. Currently serving as Facilitation and Planning Manager and Senior Associate at Ambition Institute since October 2020, Becky previously held the role of Programme Lead at Catch22 and worked with The Challenge as a Senior Inclusion Staffing Associate, focusing on community connection and engagement. Early career roles include Senior Mentor at NCS - National Citizen Service and various positions at Nottingham Trent University, where Becky supported outreach initiatives aimed at improving educational access. With a BA (Hons) in Youth Studies from Nottingham Trent University, Becky has dedicated a significant portion of the career to fostering inclusive environments and supporting young people's development.
