Katy Flowers is an experienced professional in the field of education and leadership development, currently serving as the Coaching and Mentoring Manager at Ambition Institute since March 2019. In this role, Katy manages a team of 71 coaches supporting multiple leadership programs for middle and senior leaders in challenging contexts, ensuring quality continuous professional development and supervision. Prior to this, Katy held the position of Senior Associate for Middle Leadership at Ambition School Leadership, focusing on recruiting and selecting teachers with high potential. Katy's diverse experience also includes roles such as Programme Coordinator at Ambition School Leadership and Graduate Trainee at Charityworks, alongside positions in fundraising, communications, and business development. Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Irish Studies from the University of Liverpool and completed A Levels at Lancaster Girls Grammar School.
