Sophie Morgan Williams has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Sophie began their career as a Concierge at Premiere Neige Ltd in 2006 and later worked as a Teacher at Cundall Manor School from 2008 to 2012. Sophie then joined the International Tennis Federation as a Communications Intern in 2013, where they gained experience in various aspects of the department. Sophie also had a role as a Blogger for the Novak Djokovic Foundation, where they wrote educational articles and conducted research. Sophie worked at Parkgate House School as the Head of Languages from 2013 to 2015, where they taught and managed a team of language teachers. Sophie later joined Teach First, initially as a Participant Development Lead from 2017 to 2019, and then as a Senior Design Officer – Leadership from 2015 to 2020. During their time at Teach First, Sophie was responsible for designing curriculum content and facilitating workshops for educators. Sophie's expertise in curriculum design and facilitation continued in their role as a Fellow at Ambition Institute from 2019 to 2020. In this position, they supported the implementation of the Early Career Framework and Early Career Teachers programme. Lastly, Sophie was part of the core team behind the TEDxCoventGardenWomen conference from 2015 to present, where they played a role in partnerships, social media, and publicizing the TEDx videos.

Sophie Morgan Williams attended Durham University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Combined Social Sciences.
