Ryan Lybeck, MA, BA, NRP has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Ryan began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at FM Ambulance from October 2001 to October 2003. Ryan then worked as a Paramedic/Respiratory Therapist at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center from December 2003 to April 2005. Ryan later joined Regions Hospital as an ER Paramedic from June 2007 to November 2010, where they performed various tasks such as assisting with IVs, blood draws, and triaging patients. From April 2004 to May 2017, Ryan served as an Ambulance Operations Supervisor at HealthEast Medical Transportation, where they managed a team of 56 employees and oversaw the hiring process. Ryan then worked as a Clinical Lab Assistant 2/Exam Monitor at Century College from June 2013 to April 2018. Ryan's most recent position was as the Director of Operations at Ambitrans Ambulance, starting from June 2018. Ryan also worked as a Central Region Emergency Management Specialist at Fairview Health Services from January 2016 to May 2018.
Ryan Lybeck holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they earned from 2013 to 2016. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Training from Metro State University from 2009 to 2012. Ryan also has an AAS degree in Paramedic Technology from Bismarck State University, which they completed in 2003. Ryan's educational journey began with their high school diploma from Fargo South High in 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in different fields, such as Instructor-Prevention of and Response to Suicide Bombing Incidents (PRSBI) and Instructor-Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings (IRTB).
