Tanyel Serpemen

Tanyel Serpemen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and finance law, specializing in business reorganization and restructuring. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ambridge Group since April 2022, Tanyel previously held the position of Senior Director at the same organization. Prior to this role, Tanyel worked at Ambridge Europe GmbH & Co. KG as a Director and held senior associate positions at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP. Tanyel's career also includes experience at Ashurst in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group and a secondee position at Credit Suisse.
