Job Ivan Tezigatwa

Ivan Tezigatwa has a diverse range of experience in the music industry. JOB IVAN started their career at the Kampala Music School as a Music Composer and Music Teacher. Later, they joined the Ambrosoli International School as the Head of Department Music in 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Music Examiner for the Uganda National Examination Board starting in 2015. JOB IVAN also has extensive experience as a Senior Music Teacher at the Kampala Music School since 2006. Throughout their career, Ivan has gained valuable skills and knowledge in music composition, teaching, and examination.

Job Ivan Tezigatwa attended Makerere University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music with a focus on Composition. Additionally, they studied at ABRSM from 2003 to 2016, earning a diploma in Piano Performance and a diploma in Choral Direction, with an emphasis on Piano, Flute, Music Theory, and Choral Direction.

In terms of certifications, Tezigatwa obtained the Child Protection Refresher 2023 from Tes in September 2023. JOB IVAN also completed a certification titled "Understanding the Role of the Safeguarding Lead for International Schools" from Tes in September 2023.
