Kat Pugh

Kat Pugh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kat currently works as the Director of Market Access at Ambry Genetics, where they are responsible for developing strong relationships with health plans. Prior to this, they were the National Health Plans Manager at the same company. Before joining Ambry Genetics, Kat worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Alliance Family of Companies, where they led a team and grew device utilization. Kat also served as the Director of Sales at Advanced Sleep Medicine Services, managing the sales team and presenting sales metrics to higher management. Earlier in their career, Kat worked at REM Sleep Labs as a Regional Sales and Operations Manager and later as an Account Manager, achieving outstanding sales performance and acquiring new clients.

Kat Pugh attended Arizona State University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Pre-Medical Science, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In 2006, they also obtained a Certificate in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
